2014 Reunion

 Dear value Alumni, starting this year in my message (welcoming the new members and greetings to all the members) I strongly assure you that the executives , the planning committee and I will never disappoint your expectations of our great annual Reunion event. Also that our tradition of success will continue by God grace.
 I hope you do expect the information about our 2014 Reunion. Here comes some of the plans;
=> The gallant executives of this noble association with the planning committee have met and come to conclusion  that we should make customized T-shirt (as we did in our 2013 Reunion) which will flags the name of members, the association logo and motto and this year Reunion main theme.
 It is agreed that each interested members should pay the sum of #1600 for the T-shirt and arrangements fees. Information on how to make payment has been updated lately.
 We plan to hold a dinner party, which will be tagged as "dinning with strangers", as one the series of the 2014 Reunion events.
 I guess many might /may think this event is about food or that do the  executive /planning committee think we do not have food to eat in our various houses. I will tell you these;
It is other than that, in this type of event, strangers (Alumni and good wishers and lovers of unity in place diversity) come together to create a collaborative meal producing the potential for good fortune meetings and unexpected happenings .
 This event engages Alumni in a unique situation of spending time at the intimate gathering(Reunion) with people then may have never meet (strangers) and may never see again.
 This part of our Reunion is aimed to explores the ideal of individual expression and temporal intimacy and allow us (Alumni, guests and invitees) to explore the freedom of interacting with new people outside of expectation, commitment, prior knowledge or self segregation.
 Apart what will be provided for the dinner party, you may bring something of your choice to share to at the dinner. And we encourage you to bring any other items you will like to use as entertainment , conversation, favours, or show and tells.
 These are some of the plans in regard to fulfilling our office oath/promise to keep the good banner the noble association flying higher and to continue with our tradition of progress.
 I do hope you will continue to keep trust you have in our ability to carry on by giving support, contribution, advice, suggestions to make the 2014 Reunion a great day and a memorable Reunion.
 I will advice and pray you to the arrangement and the fees at your earliest convinces so as to  avoid disappointment in any form.
